Dr. Niv Marom is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic sports surgeon specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in the department of orthopaedic surgery at Meir Medical Center in Kfar-Saba, the official medical care provider to the Israeli olympic teams and many more professional sports teams.
Dr. Niv Marom has completed his subspecialty training in orthopaedic sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City, the leading orthopaedic hospital in the United States and the world. Additional training took place in centers of excellence in orthopeadic sports surgery and soccer medicine in Europe. Extensive part of his training was dedicated to joint preservation treatments, including biologic and surgical therapies for bone, cartilage, tendon and ligament injuries.
Throughout his career, Dr. Niv Marom has gained broad and comprehensive experience in providing state-of-the-art sports medicine care to athletes and active individuals of all levels, ages and backgrounds, including professional athletes and teams in Israel and the world.
